CS Laundry aims to provide reliable and professional laundry and cleaning services in Dubai. However, cleaning results can vary depending on fabric, material, stains, item condition, and manufacturer care instructions.
1.Understanding Our Laundry Services
CS Laundry provides laundry, cleaning, ironing, alteration, and related garment-care services based on the information available about each item at the time it is received.
While we take reasonable care during handling, cleaning, drying, ironing, packing, and delivery, some results cannot be guaranteed because different fabrics and items can react differently to cleaning processes.
2.Cleaning Results May Vary
The final cleaning result may depend on the type, age, colour, material, construction, previous treatment, and condition of the item.
Some stains may be permanent or may not be completely removable, particularly when they are old, deeply set, chemically treated, or have already been exposed to previous cleaning attempts.
Our team will use appropriate cleaning methods based on the item and the information available to us.
Stubborn Stains
Certain stains may require specialised treatment and complete removal cannot always be guaranteed.
Fabric & Material
Different fabrics, dyes, finishes, and materials may respond differently to washing, drying, ironing, or cleaning.
Existing Condition
Pre-existing damage, weak stitching, worn fabric, damaged zippers, buttons, embellishments, or previous repairs may affect the cleaning outcome.
Colour Changes
Some garments may experience colour fading, bleeding, or other changes depending on the fabric and dye.
3. Care Labels & Manufacturer Instructions
Customers are responsible for ensuring that garments and other items are submitted with appropriate care labels where available.
CS Laundry follows suitable cleaning procedures based on the care instructions and information available. However, manufacturers’ labels cannot always predict how an item will react after repeated use, previous washing, ageing, or exposure to chemicals and other substances.
4. Special Care Items
Delicate fabrics, luxury garments, heavily embellished clothing, leather, suede, silk, cashmere, vintage items, and other specialty materials may require specific care.
Customers should inform our team about any special requirements or known issues before the service begins. Where necessary, we may recommend a different cleaning method or advise that an item is not suitable for a particular service.

Buttons, beads, sequins, prints and decorative elements may be affected by cleaning or handling.

5. Clothing & Curtain Alterations
Alteration results depend on the original construction, fabric, measurements, seams, available material, and condition of the item.
While we aim to achieve the requested fit and finish, certain alterations may have limitations depending on how the garment or curtain was originally made.

Accurate measurements and fitting requirements are important for achieving the desired result.
Available Fabric
Some alterations may not be possible if there is insufficient fabric or seam allowance.
Existing Construction
The original stitching, design, lining, zippers, and construction may affect the available alteration options.
6.Service Timing & Delivery
Pickup and delivery times provided by CS Laundry are estimates based on the service, order volume, location, and operational conditions.
Although we make reasonable efforts to complete orders within the communicated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances such as high order volume, public holidays, traffic, weather, operational issues, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers should check their pockets and remove cash, electronics, jewellery, documents, keys, and other personal belongings before handing items to CS Laundry.
Customers should also inform our team about delicate materials, existing damage, special cleaning requirements, or any specific concerns before the service is performed.
8. Service Limitations
CS Laundry will take reasonable care of items while they are in our possession. However, we cannot guarantee that every stain, odour, mark, colour change, or pre-existing condition can be completely corrected.
Our responsibility for any confirmed service-related issue will be handled in accordance with our applicable service and refund policies and the circumstances of the individual case.
